Bhatia & Bhatia CPAs traces its history back to April 1987, when Narain Bhatia decided to open his own accounting firm in Danvers, Massachusetts. The accounting firm of Narain D. Bhatia CPA was a sole proprietorship business which was started in order to service the bookkeeping, accounting, tax and payroll needs of the small business.

After many years of hard work and late nights, the firm grew and was ready to further expand. Mr. Bhatia saw an opportunity and need in the Boston area for highly personalized and sophisticated accounting services. In 1996 the accounting firm of Narain D. Bhatia CPA moved from Danvers over to Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Being situated in the Boston area proved to be a wise decision for the firm. Under Mr. Bhatia’s leadership, the firm developed a strong reputation in the Boston area for being innovative and offering intelligent tax planning and audit strategies to its clients. As a result, the firm continued to grow and thrive.

In 2008, Narain’s son Neeraj Bhatia decided to join the family business. In October of 2008, Bhatia & Bhatia CPAs was formed in order to meet the increasing demands of the growing business. Working together, father and son have built the practice into a healthy thriving business which continues to see yearly growth.

In 2011, Bhatia & Bhatia CPAs purchased their main office building located at 418 Massachusetts Avenue in Arlington, Massachusetts. The business has enjoyed tremendous success up till this point, and we look forward to serving out clients well into the future.
